A 20-story mixed-use project near North Miami Beach has been filed by 18050 W Investments LLC. The proposed project, located on less than an acre in the Ojus neighborhood, would feature 120 studio and one-bedroom apartments and five two-bedroom units. Additionally, it will provide over 90,000 square feet of office space across multiple floors as well as 5580 square feet of commercial space with amenities for both tenant types. It also includes almost 300 parking spots but requires a change in zoning for one of the parcels to be zoned mixed use corridor. Attorneys Pedro Gassant and Alberto J Torres represented the developer while Arquitectonica designed the project which was acquired last year at $4.22 million package deal .
