**ModCorr Secures Facility for Manufacturing Expansion in Pennsylvania**
Lee & Associates has successfully executed a long-term lease agreement on behalf of ModCorr, LLC for a significant industrial space within PNK Park Allenwood at Great Stream Commons Industrial Park, located at 89 Enterprise Blvd in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.
Represented by Lee & Associates’ Principals Joel Kreider, SIOR, and Ed Skonecki, the tenant transaction marks a major expansion for ModCorr. The lease covers 252,282 square feet of industrial space strategically positioned near Interstate 80. “This expansion is an exciting step forward for ModCorr, and we are proud to have played a role in securing a location that supports their continued growth,” said Kreider.
The newly leased facility, owned by PNK Group, is purpose-built for manufacturing operations. Key features of the property include a 40-foot clear ceiling height, crane installation capacity, an 8-inch reinforced concrete slab, an ESFR sprinkler system, and energy-efficient LED lighting. The site is located just six miles from Interstate 80, providing convenient access to two major interstates and Route 15.
This lease supports ModCorr’s plans for continued growth in the region and signifies a strong investment in the central Pennsylvania industrial corridor.
