A new medical office building and ambulatory surgery center is being constructed in Fayetteville, Georgia by a partnership between Remedy Medical Properties, based in Chicago, and Georgia Urology. The groundbreaking for the 20,213-square-foot facility has taken place.
Upon its completion in May 2025, Georgia Urology will relocate from their current clinic to the new single-story building located at 1336 Hwy.54. Adam Butler of CBRE represented them during lease negotiations. The state-of-the-art facility will be custom-built to meet their needs and feature a 9,400-square-foot clinic with 27 exam rooms as well as a separate area of approximately10,800 square feet dedicated to an ASC with two operating rooms and two procedure rooms.
