Bayview PACE has secured $3.5 million in C-PACE financing for the development of an eight-story, 80-room expansion at The Broadway, a Hilton hotel located at 1111 East Broadway in Columbia, Missouri. This second phase of the project will encompass approximately 73,000 square feet and also include over 8,500 square feet of new meeting space.
Chesterfield Hotels Inc., led by founder David Parmley, is overseeing construction on this adjacent addition to their first successful phase which opened in 2014.
