TRS recently announced that St. Croix Hospice has signed a long-term lease at Mendota Tech – Workplace 3 in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. The suburban office building, located at 1175 Center Pointe Circle, will be fully occupied by the care provider. Transwestern’s Principal Mike Honsa and Senior Vice President Eric Rapp represented owner Capital Partners in the lease negotiations while Tim Olsen of Carlson Partners represented St. Croix Hospice.
Honsa expressed excitement about welcoming St. Croix Hospice to the office campus and believes it will be a positive development for Mendota Heights as they bring their existing workforce to the city from their previous location in Oakdale. The hospice company is expected to move into the building during Q1 of 2025.
The property is part of an eight-building office park known as Mendota Tech Office Park which offers various amenities including outdoor patios and green space, ample free parking, and access to Big Rivers Regional Trail along Mississippi River.
