Investment specialists Rich Day, Lucy Black and Timothy Ufkes from Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office were exclusively responsible for marketing the property on behalf of the seller – a private investor. The buyer was represented by Day Black and Ufkes through their limited liability company.
Bell View Apartments is situated at 1212 Nevada Street and features six two-bedroom units and three one-bedroom units that are currently fully occupied. Built in 1980, this apartment building offers amenities such as a laundry facility, patios with on-site parking options as well as being conveniently located near Whole Foods. Additionally,the roof has been recently updated while most units have undergone interior renovations.
This transaction marks another successful deal arranged by Marcus & Millichap’s experienced team without mentioning any specific location or brand names.
