Garfield Public-Private is finalizing plans for a new Miyako Hotel in Plano, with construction expected to begin by the end of this year. The 217-key hotel will be situated on the south side of Campus at Legacy, part of a $1 billion mixed-use development featuring offices and retail spaces.
In 2017, Toyota opened its continental headquarters at Legacy West in Plano. While initially intended to accommodate guests visiting Toyota’s campus, the Miyako Hotel is poised to serve a diverse range of travelers and companies as Plano continues to establish itself as a corporate destination. With over 20 locations in Japan, this will be only the third Miyako Hotel in the US.
Guests can look forward to luxurious amenities such as individual sauna rooms on the pool deck and teppanyaki dining at an exclusive rooftop bar offering stunning views of the surrounding area.
Construction is estimated to take two years before completion.
