Marcus & Millichap recently completed the sale of The Westporter, a boutique mixed-use property located in the highly desirable town of Westport, CT. The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Pentore worked alongside Victor Nolletti, Wes Klockner and Ross Friedel – all investment specialists based out Marcus & Millichap’s New Haven office – in marketing this property on behalf of the seller while also securing a buyer.
