MG Developer, in partnership with Baron Property Group, has unveiled plans for a new Hialeah Metro Center. This landmark development will feature nearly 2.3 million square feet of upscale apartments and retail space.
The city of Hialeah is collaborating closely with MG Developer to create an urban core that features modern transit-oriented communities. The project will provide 1,600 attainable contemporary apartments within walking distance from the Metrorail and Tri-Rail Transfer Station when completed in 2027.
