Mixed-Use Project at Plano Haggard Farm Now in Progress

The Haggard Farm in Plano is being developed into a mixed-use project. The farm has been owned by the Haggard family since the mid 1800s and was recently granted zoning for an ambitious building venture in 2021. According to Dallas Business Journal, the first of many projects on this historic parcel will be a three-story office building connected with a two-story central lobby, costing $20 million and expected to be completed by 2024. Stillwater is developing this 189,000 square foot space while Corgan serves as its design firm.

Zoning permits over 700,000 square feet of office space; 98 room hotel; 700 residential units; senior housing community; retail village and townhomes along with an entertainment center featuring outdoor pavilions and event lawns plus more than two dozen acres designated for parkland open spaces. This development promises to bring new life into Plano’s history while providing modern amenities that cater to all ages within one location!
