CBRE successfully facilitated the sale of a mixed-use property in Palm Springs for $7.3 million. The 20,933-square-foot property, located at 803 N. Palm Canyon Dr., was purchased by New Dawn Enterprises LLC through a 1031 exchange transaction.

The CBRE team of Eric Chen, Blake Torgerson, and Marco Rossetti represented the seller, 803 N Palm Canyon Holdings. According to Chen, the buyer recognized the value and prime location of this downtown property in Palm Springs.

Situated in Coachella Valley’s central area, this mixed-use property features twelve spacious two-bedroom townhouse-style units with an average size of 1,456 square feet each. Most units also include lofts for added space and versatility.
