Mixed-Income Rentals Now Available in Irvine

KTGY and Alliance Residential have successfully completed Broadstone Edition, a new community featuring 264 high-quality rental apartments in Irvine. The development offers a diverse mix of market-rate and affordable housing options, including studio through three-bedroom units. These homes are situated within a five-story building that wraps around a six-story parking structure and two open courtyards.

Broadstone Edition includes 22 very-low-income units and 14 moderate-income units, all of which have already been reserved by interested tenants. Located at the intersection of Alton Parkway and Von Karman Avenue, this residential complex is part of the Irvine Business Complex’s overlay for residential properties.

According to KTGY principal Bryan Sevy, “The design for Broadstone Edition was carefully crafted to meet the varied housing needs in Irvine that are currently not being met by the market.” He goes on to explain how this community achieves its goal through attractive indoor/outdoor amenities spaces with visually appealing materials and colors as well as strategically placed art pieces and murals. The integration of affordable residences with market-rate apartments makes Broadstone Edition an attractive option for renters seeking both affordability and quality living spaces.

This latest addition to Irvine’s rental landscape is sure to be popular among residents looking for mixed-income options in an expertly designed community setting.
