Missner Group and Realterm have completed a third joint venture project, constructing a 130,354-square-foot class-A industrial facility located at 1032 W 43rd Street in Chicago, Illinois. Sitting on 7.98 acres in the Chicago Stockyards, the building achieved an Energy Star upon completion. Cornerstone Architects provided architectural design while Spaceco INC supplied engineering services for this cutting edge industrial building.
CBRE’s Larry Goldwasser, Colin Green and Michelle Maguire acted as brokers for the project with Angelo Christopher of Missner Group serving as general contractor alongside Pat Howard Bob Papineau Don Hay and Larry Whybrew from Realterm completing the development team . Atom Banana preleased 61000 square feet of space with 69254 square feet still available to be subdivided into smaller spaces if needed..
