**Missner Group Breaks Ground on 180,900-SF Spec Industrial Project in Chicago Stockyards**

The Missner Group (TMG) has officially broken ground on a new 180,900-square-foot speculative industrial facility located at 4002 S. Princeton Avenue in Chicago’s historic Stockyards district. The project, launched in a joint venture with investment partner Greystar-Thackeray, is slated for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

CBRE’s Larry Goldwasser, Colin Green, and John Marks are managing leasing for the development, which is designed to accommodate a variety of industrial and manufacturing users.

“I’m looking forward to beginning work on 4002 South Princeton, which represents an incredible opportunity for industrial and manufacturing tenants looking for build-to-suit space specialized for their needs,” said Barry Missner, President of The Missner Group. “The Stockyards’ close proximity to both major transportation linkages and a large blue-collar workforce makes this building a versatile option for any company’s needs.”

Upon completion, the LEED-certified building will offer 20 exterior loading docks, two drive-in doors, 36 trailer parking positions, and parking for 208 vehicles. Additionally, the property qualifies for Chicago’s 6b tax incentive program, which supports new or substantially rehabilitated industrial developments.

The Stockyards location continues to be a strategic hub for industrial growth, offering unique advantages for companies seeking modern, flexible solutions within the city limits.
