A new Class A industrial building has been recently completed in Chicago’s South Side. The joint development team of The Missner Group and CBRE Investment Management have successfully finished construction on a property situated at 3900 S. Normal Avenue.
Serving as the developer, with The Missner Group also acting as the general contractor, this 169,838-square-foot facility spans over 8.2 acres in Chicago’s Bridgeport neighborhood.
The project team from The Missner Group includes Angelo Christoper, Bob Papineau, Don Hay, Maria Coan and Larry Whybrew. Cornerstone Architects provided architectural design while engineering was handled by Spaceco Inc. Leasing brokers Mitch Adams, Steven Livaditis and Nicole Mentone from CBRE were also involved in the project along with their role as property managers.
