On Tuesday, the development team of Mission Rock Partners, a joint effort between the San Francisco Giants and Tishman Speyer, was joined by executives from the Port of San Francisco and Mayor London Breed to celebrate the opening of Verde. This 23-story apartment tower welcomed its first residents this summer.
Verde is part of Mission Rock’s first phase of development and is their fourth and final building to open. Located at 1070 Bridgeview Way, it offers 254 apartments with 59 units available at below market rates for middle-income households.
Mayor Breed stated that residents will have access to everything San Francisco has to offer in this new neighborhood. She also acknowledged the success achieved through collaboration with private partners who share a commitment to our city’s future. The hard work put in over many years by everyone involved has made today’s celebration possible.
