Minnesota-based real estate company, Onward Investors, is making moves to acquire the One O’Hare Centre office building in Rosemont near O’Hare International Airport. According to a report by Crain’s, the 12-story property is estimated to sell for approximately $70 million and current owners MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Wealth Management are selling after completing $5.5 million in renovations.
The building, located at 6250 River Road on a 5.36-acre site, was constructed in 1986 and spans over 380,360 square feet. Reyes Holdings and Colliers are reported as the two largest tenants by Crain’s . Cushman & Wakefield representatives Cody Hundertmark , Tom Sitz , and Dan Deuter marketed One O’Hare on behalf of MDC Realty Advisors and Nicola Wealth Management.
