A new affordable living community, Ladder 260, has opened in the Minneapolis Mill District as part of ongoing redevelopment efforts. According to Chris Sherman, President of Sherman Associates, Ladder 260 is a highly anticipated addition to downtown Minneapolis. This development marks the second phase of their multi-phase redevelopment plan for the city block which also includes a newly built fire station for the City of Minneapolis.
The final phase will be O2 – a luxury tower with 240 units currently under construction on Washington Avenue and Portland Avenue. It is set to open this fall with retail space spanning over 5,500 square feet.
