MINISO, a global lifestyle retailer, has signed a 9,655 square foot lease at 5 Times Square. This 38-story property offers over one million square feet of office space, retail space and hospitality services. MINISO specializes in household and consumer goods with more than 5400 storefronts in 105 markets worldwide including SoHo.
Joanne Podell and Michael Shalom from Cushman & Wakefield represented MINISO in the transaction. This is yet another example of how Chinese retailers are expanding their presence on an international scale to meet customer demand for quality products at low prices.
