Miller Construction Completes 120,000-SF CITY Furniture Showroom in Sarasota
Miller Construction Company has completed a 120,000-square-foot CITY Furniture showroom in Sarasota, a project valued at nearly $25 million.
Marking the 29th collaboration between Miller and CITY Furniture, the new retail facility is located at 145 University Town Center Drive, near The Mall at University Town Center, and is set to serve as the flagship store for the brand in Central Florida.
The two-story building showcases a modern tilt-wall design complemented by an extensive stucco exterior, large storefront glass panels, dramatic accent columns, and electric vehicle charging stations, emphasizing both style and sustainability.
Key project partners included Dorsky & Yue International (architecture), Kamm Consulting (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), and McNamara & Silvia (structural engineering).
