Miller Construction Company has launched an $80 million redevelopment project at PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens, marking a major transformation of the 50-year-old marina.

The comprehensive upgrade includes the replacement of approximately 600 feet of existing seawall and 1,000 feet of floating docks. The project will also feature the construction of two new pre-engineered metal buildings and a ship store using cast-in-place concrete. New fuel tanks and dispensers will also be installed as part of the marina’s modernization.

PORT 32’s Mike Vinson shared that the new facility will be equipped to accommodate boats up to 60 feet in length and will be engineered to endure Category 5 hurricane winds. “When we reopen, we will offer a total of 471 boat slips, including 451 dry slips and 20 wet slips,” said Vinson.

In addition to marina infrastructure, the redevelopment will include 13,262 square feet of interior climate-controlled showroom space and an equal amount of non-climate-controlled space for new boat sales displays. Retail and operational upgrades will include 8,999 square feet of retail office space and 9,724 square feet of work bays.

This ambitious project aims to position PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens as a state-of-the-art boating destination in South Florida.
