**Mill Creek Residential Breaks Ground on Luxury Community in Weston, MA**
Mill Creek Residential has officially broken ground on Modera Weston, a new luxury rental community located approximately 15 miles west of Boston. The project is set at 751 Boston Post Road in Weston, Massachusetts, and will include a total of 172 apartment units and townhomes. First move-ins are expected by summer 2026.
“We’ve always had significant interest in delivering market-rate and affordable housing to a well-established suburb like Weston, which is one of the most desirable communities within Greater Boston,” said Doug Arsham, Senior Managing Director of Development in Boston for Mill Creek. “Modera Weston is one of the few multifamily communities currently under construction in the area, as barriers to entry are extremely high.”
The development offers a commuter-friendly location, positioned right next to Interstate 90 (Massachusetts Turnpike) with direct access to Route 128/I-95, which forms a beltway around the Boston metropolitan area. Additionally, Weston boasts two commuter rail stations, both within three miles of the Modera Weston site, enhancing its appeal for residents who work in or around the city.
