In August, Mill Creek acquired a 26-acre parcel located south of Lake Conroe and has already begun construction on a new apartment complex consisting of 408 units. The development, known as Beckett West Fork, will be situated at 10485 League Line Road in Conroe.
This project falls under Mill Creek’s attainable housing brand, Beckett by Mill Creek. It was designed by EDI International based in Houston.
