Mill Creek Residential is expanding the already thriving Gabriela Pointe Commerce Center in Gilbert by adding new apartments, restaurants, and retail to a 13-acre site near Higley and Elona Drive. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, plans for the apartment complex include five main residential buildings, two carriage units, and surface parking. The westernmost building will feature a fitness center, coffee shop, and leasing office. Final details on commercial space availability as well as number of units and building heights are still being determined.
The project team for this development includes Mill Creek Residential along with architect Kephart; civil engineer Colliers Engineering & Design; and law firm Burch & Cracchiolo handling zoning approvals. The land is owned by Michelon Family AZ Land.
This latest addition from Mill Creek Residential will further enhance the extensive offerings at Gabriela Pointe Commerce Center in Gilbert.
