**Mill Creek Residential Breaks Ground on 144-Unit Build-to-Rent Community in Northwest Austin**
Mill Creek Residential has officially broken ground on Amavi Northwest Austin, a new build-to-rent townhome community located at 13220 Morris Road in the Northwest Austin/Round Rock area.
The development will bring 144 three- and four-bedroom townhomes to the market, continuing Mill Creek’s strategic expansion into purpose-built rental housing across high-growth markets in Texas.
Amavi Northwest Austin is ideally positioned less than five minutes from Apple Park—Apple’s 133-acre campus in Austin—and within a 20-minute drive of downtown. The site is also adjacent to the 95-acre Town and Country Park, offering residents convenient access to green space and recreation.
Townhomes in the gated community will range from approximately 1,457 to 2,060 square feet. Each unit is designed with modern features such as private garages and either a private patio or balcony, providing both comfort and privacy for residents.
