Mill Creek Residential Begins Construction on Modera Walsh Heights in Fort Worth
Mill Creek Residential has officially begun construction on Modera Walsh Heights, a new midrise apartment community located within the expansive Walsh master-planned development in Fort Worth, Texas. The community, which broke ground in December, will include 296 apartment homes and is scheduled for completion in spring 2026. This marks Mill Creek’s second multifamily project within the Walsh community.
Covering 7,500 acres, Walsh is one of the largest master-planned communities in the U.S. situated near a major metropolitan area.
Located at 13400 Highland Hills Drive, Modera Walsh Heights will offer a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, some of which will feature den layouts, private patios or balconies. The homes will average a spacious 1,037 square feet.
Residents will enjoy an array of upscale amenities, including a resort-style outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop deck with lake and city views, several fire pits, and outdoor dining areas. Additional community features include a resident clubhouse, coffee bar, pool table, landscaped courtyards, a dog park, and a fully equipped fitness center.
For those working remotely or in need of additional convenience, the property will also feature a conference room, coworking spaces, private workstations, digital package lockers, dedicated bike storage, and supplemental storage areas.
