On Tuesday, Mill Creek Residential announced the groundbreaking of Modera Fort Lee, a luxurious high-rise apartment community situated along New Jersey’s prestigious Gold Coast. Located at 55 Main St. in Fort Lee, the development will consist of 253 units and is expected to welcome its first residents in November 2026. A second phase is also planned for future development.
According to Maria Masi, senior managing director of development for Mill Creek Residential in New Jersey, Fort Lee’s close proximity to New York City and other employment hubs makes it an increasingly desirable place to live. She expressed excitement about providing top-of-the-line living experiences and becoming the preferred choice for discerning renters in this market.
Modera Fort Lee will offer a variety of layouts including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes with an average size of 972 square feet. Each home will feature elegant finishes as well as two distinct color themes to choose from.
