On Tuesday, Mill Creek Residential announced its acquisition of Modera Newton, a 205-unit midrise apartment complex situated along the Charles River in Newton, MA. The community is located approximately nine miles west of downtown Boston and the terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Formerly known as Allée on the Charles, this two-building community was originally constructed in 2023 with an additional building completed in 2024. It offers a total of 205 apartment homes and is located at 2-4 Los Angeles St. in Newton, providing residents with access to both the Charles River Greenway and Forte Park. This purchase marks another addition to Mill Creek’s growing Greater Boston portfolio which includes properties in Quincy, Framingham, Medford,Natick Needham Revere,and Marshfield.
