MIG Real Estate recently acquired a 13 building, 42-acre Austin business park for $67.1 million with the help of a loan secured by CBRE. A team led by Bill Chiles secured the five-year, non-recourse, floating rate loan to complete the sale. The Braker Business Park includes 547,395 sq ft of flex and research and development buildings as well as one retail center located at 1910 West Braker Lane which is fully leased and was built in 2000.
