Midwest Industrial Funds Sells 400K-SF Spec Building to RIM Logistics - SEO Friendly

Midwest Industrial Funds has successfully sold its newly developed building in the Brewster Creek Business Park, located at 1303 Jack Court in Bartlett, Illinois. The property was acquired by a private investment group affiliated with RIM Logistics.

RIM Logistics will soon be relocating its Chicagoland logistics operations and global headquarters to this state-of-the-art facility. Spanning over 400,000 square feet and situated on a spacious 26-acre site, this Class A spec building is designed for various uses such as e-commerce, distribution, assembly and manufacturing.

The project’s design-build general contractor was MIF Construction LLC while V3 and Partners in Design provided engineering and design services. The listing agents for Midwest Industrial Funds on the sale were Michael Androwich Jr., John Cassidy and Chris Nelson from Lee & Associates while Dan Smolensky of TMG represented the buyer.
