Midwest Industrial Funds has recently held a groundbreaking event for their largest Class A development of the year in Crest Hill, Illinois. The 37-acre site, located within the Crest Hill Business Park, will be home to a state-of-the-art cross-docked building spanning 577,422 square feet. This project is being built on speculation and offers versatility for various uses such as e-commerce, distribution, assembly and manufacturing. With an expected completion date of Summer 2024 and divisible space available for lease.
The site was acquired by Midwest Industrial from an affiliate of Indeck Power Equipment Company. MIF Construction is serving as the general contractor with engineering services provided by SPACECO Inc., while Harris Architects handles architectural design services.
The acquisition was sourced by Cawley Chicago’s team led by Joshua Hearne SIOR and Reinier Pranger who are also responsible for marketing the building on behalf of Midwest Industrial Funds.
This latest development marks another milestone in Midwest Industrial Fund’s success story without mentioning any specific location names or company affiliations.
