Midwest Industrial Funds recently held a groundbreaking event for the launch of its Class A spec redevelopment project, Libertyville 45 Corporate Center. The development is located at 1850 US 45 in Libertyville, Illinois and was attended by the project team and local government officials.
The two-building redevelopment spans over a high-visibility 19-acre site next to the Libertyville/Canlan Sports Complex. With buildings measuring at 169,065 square feet and 165,234 square feet respectively, this speculative construction is ideal for corporate headquarters as well as distribution, assembly and manufacturing purposes. Previously owned by Village of Libertyville as a driving range and miniature golf facility,the site has now been transformed into an industrial hub.
MIF Construction LLC serves as the design-build general contractor while Pinnacle Engineeringand Partners in Design provide engineering services for this project.Midwest Industrial Funds has enlisted Keith Puritz,Brett Kroner,Eric Fischer,and Marc Samuels from Cushman & Wakefield to handle leasing or sale of these buildings on their behalf.
This exciting development marks Midwest Industrial Fund’s latest venture into creating massive business parks that cater to various industries’ needs.
