Trilogy Health Services, a leading provider of senior and assisted living services, has announced a significant investment to enhance and expand its offerings in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, and Ohio. This includes plans for facility expansions across multiple states as well as the development of a new campus.
The first phase of this expansion will begin this summer at The Lakes of Sylvania in Ohio with the addition of 26 independent-living patio homes for seniors. Construction is expected to commence in July 2024.
In addition to these developments, Trilogy is also preparing to break ground on a brand new campus located in Portage, Michigan. This state-of-the-art facility will feature 49 skilled nursing units along with 42 assisted living units and 12 memory care assisted living units. Furthermore, Trilogy has several upgrades planned for its existing properties throughout various states.
Peter Massey Senior Vice President Development & Facilities Management at Trilogy Health Services stated that their ultimate goal is “to become the premier healthcare company within the Midwest.” He added that their growth strategy focuses on expanding access to comprehensive care within their regional markets.
