William Brent Miller has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of reAlpha Tech Corp., a real estate technology company. He will be replacing Michael J. Logozzo, who was serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Mr. Miller will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions of the company and will report directly to its President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Logozzo.
Core Spaces has hired Matthew Claeys as Managing Director and Head of Institutional Capital Raising at their vertically integrated real estate investment management firm. In this position, Claeys will focus on identifying institutional investors for Core’s student housing and build-to-rent strategies in order to expand capital partnerships and strengthen their investment platform.
Sofia Michis has joined Timber Hill Group, a Chicago-based private equity real estate firm specializing in industrial outdoor storage assets throughout the U.S., as Chief Financial Officer while Dave Tombers joins them as Managing Director of Acquisitions. Both Michis and Tombers have also been added to the firm’s executive leadership team.
