DMG, a management group, recently announced four promotions within its senior leadership team. This includes three new positions that have been created within the company. Hannah Murray-King has been promoted to Senior People Operations Manager, Kenia Rivera is now Vice President of Property Management, Jonathan Sheil has taken on the role of Vice President of Operations and Lauren Evett is now Senior Regional Property Manager.

Essex Three-Twelve, a multi-family brokerage firm in Chicago’s northside area, has expanded its team with the addition of Garrett Leigh as an associate. Leigh joins Ryan Blake, Michael Masterson and Chris Van Dinther in specializing in acquiring and selling multifamily properties. Prior to joining Essex Three-Twelve , Leigh gained valuable experience as an acquisition professional for an institutional real estate manager overseeing closed-end funds.

JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory platform has appointed Jim O’Leary as well as Jon Sestak and Inna Babakulieva to key leadership roles for 2025. Sestak will serve as Executive Director focusing on growing the affordable housing sector while Babakulieva will lead expansion efforts for JLL’s multifamily sector in Southeast region under Kai Pan who oversees this division.

Farbman Group also made several promotions across their family of companies including Brad Margolis being promoted to senior vice president at NAI Farbman brokerage division; Nathan Casey taking on role of vice president at NAI Farbman; Connie Rutz becoming senior construction coordinator at Huntington Construction; Julie Dodd moving up to senior staff accountant position at Farbman Group.
