Litify, a legal technology startup, has relocated its New York City headquarters from Brooklyn to Midtown. According to the New York Business Journal, the company’s new 5,700 square foot office at 185 Madison Ave boasts glass offices, conference rooms, phone booths and a kitchen with wood floors.
The space spans an entire floor and can accommodate up to 50 employees on a hybrid schedule. Litify was founded in 2016 and initially had its headquarters in Sunset Park before moving to Dumbo in 2021.
Justin Myers and Rachel Kirkham of Lee & Associates represented Litify on the deal while Adams & Co., who owns the building where Litify’s new office is located had their own representation. “As our company continues to grow,” said CEO Curtis Brewer of Litify,” we are committed to fostering a strong company culture. This HQ provides us with fresh opportunities for face-to-face collaboration as we continue innovating for our clients within Manhattan’s vibrant energy.”
