"Midtown Welcomes Citizens Bank: 74K SF Leased"

Citizens Bank has secured a lease for 74,000 square feet at the prestigious 1301 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown. The property, previously known as the J.C. Penney Building and owned by Paramount Group, Inc., boasts a total area of 1.7 million square feet with four floors currently offering approximately 200,000 square feet of available office space.

According to Peter Brindley, Executive Vice President and Head of Real Estate at Paramount Group: “This new lease is a testament to our recent success in leasing along Avenue of the Americas and within our portfolio as a whole.” He also mentioned that their exclusive members-only club called Paramount Club will be opening on May 1st,2024 for corporate employees across their New York properties – setting them apart from other options in the market. In addition to this latest deal with Citizens Bank , Nexstar Media Group has also recently leased space within this highly sought-after building.
