Anat Gerstein, Inc., a full-service communications firm specializing in nonprofit branding and reputation building, has signed a lease for 7,150 square feet of space at 29 West 38th Street in Midtown. The company will occupy the entire 14th floor of the property, which spans over 16 stories and offers a total of 92,700 square feet for office and retail use.
The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s David Lebenstein and Sayo Kamara in this transaction. On behalf of landlord entity “29 WEST ASSOCIATES LLC,” ABS Partners Real Estate’s Ben Waller and Elisa Larson served as representatives. This recent deal marks another successful addition to Midtown’s thriving commercial real estate market.
