Vornado Realty Trust has secured a new lease with Five Iron Golf, a top indoor golf and entertainment experience, for their newest location at 1290 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan. The office building spans over 2.1 million square feet and is set to open its doors in late 2025. Five Iron Golf will occupy 15,300 square feet with its own dedicated entrance on West 52nd Street.
According to Glen Weiss, EVP of office leasing and co-head of real estate at Vornado: “Five Iron Golf is an excellent addition to our already vibrant tenant community at 1290 Ave. of the Americas.” He also added that this new experiential offering will be a perfect complement to the world-class WorkLife amenities provided by Vornado for their tenants.
Anthony Dattoma from CBRE and Jason Goode from Compass represented Five Iron in this deal while Vornado was represented by their internal team including Edward Riguardi, Ed Hogan, Jason Morrison as well as Michael O’Neill ,Jason Greenstone ,and Taylor Reynolds from Cushman & Wakefield.
