Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC) has successfully issued Secured Bonds on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in order to repay a $385 million loan from JP Morgan Chase for 10 Bryant, a highly sought-after Midtown office tower with an impressive occupancy rate of 99%. Recent lease agreements include Generate Capital securing 32,421 square feet across two floors and Tilden Park Capital renewing their lease for 16,140 square feet on another floor. PBC’s rebranding efforts and property upgrades have solidified 10 Bryant as one of the top corporate addresses in the area. Notable tenants at this location include Baker & McKenzie law firm, Lombard Odier financial services company, and Varadero Capital investment firm.

JLL’s Glickman is responsible for representing the building alongside Ben Bass, Kristen Morgan and Kate Roush. Generate Capital was represented by Jamie Katcher , Emilie Goldman ,and Jon Moeller from Raise Commercial Real Estate Inc., while Silvio Petriello , Ben Friedland,and Tamika Kramer of CBRE represented Tilden Park Capital.
