Town House Specialty Cleaning Co. has signed a lease for 9,805 square feet of space at 242 West 36th Street in Times Square South. The 14-story building will house the cleaning company’s general office on part of the 6th and 7th floors, which they have occupied for 10 years prior to renewing and expanding their occupancy.
The tenant was represented by Dennis Someck from Lee & Associates while Grant Greenspan from Kaufman Organization acted as landlord representative during this transaction with an asking rent of $32 per square foot. Town House Specialty Cleaning upgraded their space with new lighting and building installations to meet their ongoing needs.
