The property, which was built in 1920, boasts a prime location between 5th and 6th Avenue and offers seven units spanning over 6,200 square feet. In addition to its desirable location, the property also comes with unused air rights of over 17,000 square feet and is classified as Tax Class 2A.
The sale was facilitated by Joe Koicim, Logan Markley,and Zan Colin from Marcus & Millichap who represented the seller while securing the buyer for this transaction.
