Midtown Mixed-Use Building Sells for $7M

Borgetto P.N.A. has recently acquired a mixed-use building located in Midtown for $6.6 million. The property, which was built in 1920, is situated between 5th and 6th Avenue and features seven units totaling 6,216 square feet. These include two commercial spaces and four one-bedroom apartments.

In addition to its prime location, the property also boasts unused air rights of up to 17,208 square feet and holds a Tax Class 2A designation.

The sale was facilitated by Joe Koicim, Logan Markley, and Zan Colin from Marcus & Millichap who exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and successfully procured a buyer.

This recent transaction highlights the strong demand for mixed-use properties in Midtown as well as Borgetto P.N.A.’s strategic investment approach within this highly sought-after market.
