"Midtown Leases Secured by Silverstein for Law Firm and Columbia University"

Silverstein Properties has recently finalized two new lease signings at 1177 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown Manhattan, showcasing its continued success as a premier real estate developer. One of the tenants, law firm Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, will be relocating within the building to occupy floors 41-43 totaling 42,394 square feet. Another prestigious tenant is The Trustees of Columbia University who have signed a lease for 15,375 square feet on the building’s 34th floor.

According to Joseph Artusa, Senior Vice President at Silverstein Properties: “We are delighted to continue our partnership with Faegre Drinker and welcome The Trustees of Columbia University to our property at 1177 Ave. of the Americas.” He further adds that having a modern and collaborative workspace is crucial for renowned institutions like these two tenants and this building offers not only state-of-the-art amenities but also an ideal location with easy access to New York City’s best cultural and entertainment offerings.

The landlord was represented by Bruce Mosler , Lou D’Avanzo , Ethan Silverstein , Anthony LoPresti , Peter Kerans , Caroline Collins from Cushman & Wakefield; along with Joseph J.Artusa Keith A.Cody Harlan Strader III Gordon L.Hough from Silverstein Properties . On behalf of Faegre Drinker LLP Greg McCavera Michael Berg Sofia Bruno from JLL were involved in negotiations while Mark Weiss Keaton McCann represented The Trustees Of Columbia University through Cushman & Wakefield .

Silverstein Properties has successfully secured leases for two prominent organizations – law firm Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and The Trustees Of Columbia University – at their prime property located in Midtown Manhattan known as ‘1177 Ave.oftheAmericas’.
