"Midtown Lease: ASL Productions Secures Full-Floor Space"

ASL Productions, a full-service production company, has recently secured a 7,456-square-foot lease at 320 West 37th Street in the bustling Midtown area. The space will encompass the entire 10th floor and serve as ASL’s modern video and photography production hub in New York.

The building itself is an impressive structure spanning over 15 stories and offering a total of 125,800 square feet for office and retail use. Within this prime location lies ASL’s two state-of-the-art video production studios, one podcast studio, and various support rooms.

Leading commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield was responsible for representing ASL Productions in this transaction with David Lebenstein and Jack McCann serving as expert advisors. On the other side of the deal was landlord Sioni Group represented by LSL Advisor’s Daniel Lolaiand Michael Hymowitz.

This recent development marks another success story for ASL Productions as they continue to expand their presence within New York City’s thriving business landscape.
