Midtown’s Film Center Building has recently signed three new leases in Hell’s Kitchen. Zoic Studios extended its lease for a 3,352-square-foot space at 630 Ninth Avenue for three years with Matthew Mandell of GFP Real Estate representing both the landlord and tenant in the deal. The Accomplished Traveler, a travel advisory firm, also signed a five-year lease for 1,982 square feet on the sixth floor with Elissa Patterson of EJMB Commercial representing them as tenant. Lastly, Professional Artists Agency extended their lease to 1,858 square feet over five years; Mandell negotiated on behalf of both parties during this transaction.
Constructed in 1929 between West 44th and West 45th streets ,the building houses smaller tenants from various industries .
