Fried Frank has recently relocated its Midtown Conference Center to 535 Madison Avenue, a premier Class A office tower in the Plaza District owned by Park Tower Group. The firm now occupies the entire 10th floor, totaling 14,375 square feet under a long-term lease agreement.
The new center provides added convenience for clients located in Midtown and complements Fried Frank’s existing Downtown headquarters. Situated near various amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, hotels and popular attractions including The Polo Bar and The Museum of Modern Art; this location offers easy access to all that New York City has to offer. In addition to Fried Frank’s move-in news at this building is China Merchants Bank New York Branch which recently renewed their offices’ lease spanning over an impressive area of 43,060 square feet.
