**Mid-America Real Estate Closes Sale of Orland Park Place Retail Center**

Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group has successfully completed the sale of Orland Park Place, a prominent regional shopping center located along LaGrange Road in Orland Park, a key commercial corridor in Chicago’s south suburbs.

The property encompasses 580,477 square feet of retail space and is currently 93% leased. It is anchored by a strong lineup of national and regional tenants, including Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls, Ross Dress for Less, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Steinhafel’s Furniture, Ashley HomeStore, DSW, Barnes & Noble, and Planet Fitness.

The deal was brokered exclusively on behalf of the seller, PMAT Real Estate Investments, by Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Ben Wineman, Joe Girardi, Rick Drogosz, and Investment Associate Patrick Corrigan. The buyer is a private partnership led by New York–based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation.

Included in the transaction were the primary 568,577-square-foot inline center and an 11,900-square-foot freestanding restaurant outparcel. PMAT Real Estate Investments will retain ownership of five standalone outlot buildings along LaGrange Road, which collectively total over 65,000 square feet.
