Mid-America Real Estate Corporation’s Investment Sales Group recently facilitated the sale of Silvernail Plaza, a highly sought-after shopping center in the western suburbs of Milwaukee. The property boasts a desirable mix of tenants including a prominent regional grocery store, discount retail shops, restaurants and other services. Essential Growth Properties acquired the 116,135-square-foot center from seller United Properties.
