Microsoft Acquires 300 Acres in Nevada for Future Data Center

Mark IV Capital has announced the sale of 300 acres within its Victory Logistics District to Microsoft. Located in Fernley, Nevada, the Victory Logistics District is a 4,300-acre master-planned industrial and logistics hub designed to meet the demands of advanced logistics and data center development.

The site offers critical infrastructure advantages, including access to reliable power, connectivity from multiple fiber optic providers, and scalable land options to support large-scale development. The addition of Microsoft is expected to bring significant investment and job creation to the region.
